An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Vice President, North Europe to lead and drive regional commercial growth for a global leader in innovative medical technology. This senior leadership role will be responsible for shaping and executing the strategic vision across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and other Northern European markets.The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in sales leadership, P&L management, and market expansion within the medical device and healthcare technology sectors - particularly in patient monitoring and acute care solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement the regional strategic plan, aligning with global business goals.Lead and develop high - performing country and regional teams to achieve revenue, growth, and profitability objectives.Strengthen market position through the promotion and adoption of advanced patient monitoring and healthcare solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare institutions, and strategic partners.Manage regional P&L, budgets, and pricing strategies in line with corporate standards.Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to expand market presence.Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, and industry trends to anticipate challenges and shape proactive strategies.Foster collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and other internal teams to ensure consistent execution.Promote a performance - driven culture focused on engagement, accountability, and professional development.Represent the business at key regional conferences and strategic initiatives.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum 7 years of senior leadership experience in the medical device industry, preferably in patient monitoring, vital signs, or related capital equipment.Demonstrated success leading sales and business operations across multiple markets and distributor networks.Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills with executive-level healthcare stakeholders.Proven ability to inspire, develop, and manage diverse, cross-functional teams.Deep understanding of healthcare systems and market dynamics within Northern Europe.Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.High energy, results-oriented mindset, and a passion for innovation in healthcare.Willingness to travel extensively across the region.Why JoinThis is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding the footprint of a global healthcare innovator - improving patient outcomes and shaping the future of medical technology across Europe.
