Your insights will help optimize sales processes, strengthen decision-making, and accelerate business growth across our divisions and Customer Support Center’s. Supporting the effectiveness of the CRM platform as a source of truth for customer and account information, and in enabling cross-functional business users to derive actionable insights from CRM data.If you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoy turning complex data into strategic opportunities, we’d love to hear from you.This position will be based in Helsinki, Finland or Malmö, Sweden. Main Tasks And ResponsibilitiesSupport business development initiatives by leading complex data-driven analyses and projects, while efficiently managing stakeholder relationships across the organizationMaintain clean, reliable CRM data while also contributing to business requirements gathering, data mapping, and processing documentation. Design and implement data models, and troubleshoot data discrepancies to ensure data quality and integrity.Support commercial growth and business development through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaborationLead initiatives to promote and drive CRM adoption and ensure its effective use across the organization.Serve as the primary point of contact for the CSC and divisions regarding CRM-related questions, support, and trainingCreate and maintain Sales Activity dashboards for CSC and Divisions to enable data-driven management and better demand forecasting.Support the Customer Master Data team in prioritization and requirements to ensure data reliability and consistency.What You’ll Need To SucceedStrong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsExperienced data professional, adept at working across the entire end-to-end commercial database and utilizing visualization tools effectively. You listen well and communicate clearly - consulting, facilitating, and presenting are all natural parts of your work Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholdersExperienced in project management and change management 3+ years of experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or CRM/CPQ management.Considered a plusBusiness Administrator role in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) including implementation and management.Experience in some of the following programs: Google BigQuery (SQL), Python, DAX, M, VBA; and in Data Analytics Platform on Expert Level (preferably Looker Studio and/or Salesforce Analytics.
