We’re on the hunt for a savvy, high energy, dynamic and commercially-driven leader who’s ready to steer the ship and lead our expansion. The Role:We are looking for a Commercial Director who thrives on challenges, is agile, hands on and has a proven track record of driving growth. Reporting directly to the board, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the commercial landscape of our publican founded brewery and make a significant impact from day one. Initially part-time, this role has the potential to grow into a full-time position as we scale our operations and ambition. 1.       Drive Sales Growth: Partner closely with the founders to execute our vision, delivering ambitious yet achievable sales targets.
