In the perfect world you have experience with Private Label products.Company Overview  Soda Concepts is on a mission to reduce plastic use and encourage people to drink more water by offering and refilling reusable CO2 cylinders for soda maker machines like Sodastream and Aarke. Soda Concepts offers private label CO2 cylinders to brand owners and supermarkets. We manage the entire supply chain—including our own factory and warehouses in Europe—delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions for our partners. Soda Concepts has a production facility in Poland and a team located across Europe.The Opportunity  The market for in–home carbonation machines / sodastream-like machines – lets call them sparkling water machines – has been growing in the past 10 years and is accelerating across Europe. Consumers are drinking increasingly more water and are shifting from Cola, Fanta or alcohol free beer to sparkling water (with a taste) while supermarkets and retailers are looking for more sustainable solutions. The CO2 canisters for sparkling water machines is a relatively new product category for Soda Concepts. We are now actively investing in growing this product category in the European market through B2B channels. More specifically, brand owners, grocery stores, online supermarkets and wholesalers.      Your challenge is to expand our customer base across Benelux, France, Poland, Germany, Spain and Portugal. Not an easy challenge given the fragmented markets in Europe. However, a very rewarding opportunity to accomplish. You will approach target customers directly and leverage local distribution partners.  Role Overview  This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader with a passion for building businesses and creating value for customers. You will have full responsibility for establishing our B2B strategy and will run the day-to-day commercial operations. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, opening new markets, and positioning Soda Concepts as a go-to brand for sustainable, high-quality CO2 cylinders.Key Responsibilities  - Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for CO2 cylinders across European markets, driving revenue growth and market expansion- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and pursue high-value opportunities to drive revenue growth and market penetration owning the full cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and onboarding.- Build relationships with brand owners, supermarkets, online retailers, and wholesalers; negotiate commercial terms and contracts that balance profitability with competitive positioning- Establish relationships with local distributors, agents, and channel partners to scale reach across fragmented European markets; manage partner performance and enable their success.- Take full accountability for B2B revenue and profitability; track pipeline health, sales metrics, and market performance, adjusting tactics based on data-driven insights.- Contribute to the broader strategic direction of Soda Concepts as a co-founder and member of the leadership team- Build and scale the commercial function over time, including hiring and developing team members as the business growsQualifications  - 10+ years of commercial experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles in the retail industry.- Proven track record selling to European retailers, supermarkets, or wholesalers. (FMCG, consumer goods, private label, or home appliances experience is a plus.)- Strong understanding of cross-border sales dynamics and experience navigating fragmented European markets.- Experience working with distributors, agents, and local partners.- Entrepreneurial builder, excited to roll up your sleeves and work fast-paced- Resourceful, hands-on, and creative approach to problem-solving and growth. - Excellent commercial acumen, including pricing, negotiation, contracting, and building joint business plans.- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; able to prioritize high-impact opportunities.- Fluency in English; additional languages (German, French, Dutch, Polish, Spanish, or Portuguese) are a major advantage.- Entrepreneurial experience.
