We are looking for people who want to build more — a large-scale European project born in Ukraine.Now we are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for Nova Post Europe — an ambitious leader ready to drive our commercial success and scale our operations across the European market.You’re our perfect match if you:Have 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership, sales, or customer success.Understand the European logistics, express delivery, and e-commerce market in-depth — this is essential.Have worked in CEPO companies (like DHL, DPD, UPS, GLS, FedEx) — this is a strong advantage.Possess a robust network within the European logistics industry.Demonstrate strategic and financial thinking and understand P&L, unit economics, CAC, and LTV.Have experience leading and scaling multinational teams.Excel in negotiation and building partnerships.Think in numbers and insights — CRM analytics and customer lifecycle management are your tools.Are fluent in English (C1+). Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.Are based in Europe and open to frequent business travel.What you’ll be doing:Achieving the company’s sales and profitability targetsEnsuring stable growth in revenue and number of shipments across all countries of presenceDeveloping and executing commercial growth strategies in each countryManaging unit economics and modeling pricing strategies; setting prices by countryOptimizing CAC and increasing LTV by enhancing product value, collaborating with the product team, and improving serviceCreating and managing Nova Post Europe’s product offering (catalog) and adapting it to each marketCoordinating commercial activities across European countriesAligning commercial initiatives with Nova Poshta Ukraine, Nova Post Global, and the group’s marketing teamsBuilding and developing sales teams in each country: recruiting, training, developing, motivatingDesigning and controlling effective sales processes: acquisition, conversion, upsell, cross-sell, retention, reactivation, and churn reductionEnsuring implementation and compliance with commercial standardsNegotiating and coordinating commercial terms and proposals for strategic category A clientsPlanning, regularly monitoring performance plans, and adjusting actions as neededControlling key financial KPIs: revenue (USD), revenue per shipment, EBITDA, CAC/LTV, DSOWhat we offer:A key role in scaling an international business with strong Ukrainian roots.Official employment in Europe with full social guarantees.A dynamic and supportive work environment that values initiative and collaboration.Opportunities for professional and personal growth within a fast-growing European network.Everything starts with the first step.
