Join us and together we can change the world – one trade at a time.Your success story starts here…TEAM AND ROLE:The commercial finance role primarily focuses on managing working capital solutions, insurances, and financing strategies to support the company’s financial health, operational efficiency, and growth.This position involves close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, with the goal of identifying business needs, recognizing opportunities for optimization, securing financing options, and ensuring effective insurance coverage. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, a proactive and collaborative approach, and the ability to execute tasks independently within a fast-paced environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEvaluate investments and other commercial opportunities to drive efficient cash deployment, primarily within, but not limited to, Energy Efficiency businessSupport the Commercial Finance Manager in managing working capital solutions to optimize cash flow and ensure liquidityCollaborate with commercial and operational teams to support strategic decisions and drive initiativesMonitor key working capital metrics, such as receivables, payables, and inventory; and provide actionable insightsPrepare and coordinate responses to queries from banks, credit agencies, and insurers, including reporting packs and company presentationsKEY REQUIREMENTS3-4 years of experience, ideally in a trading company, or in corporate or commodity finance. Master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics or similar. Fluent in English (additional language a plus: Dutch, French, Spanish)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailCommercially minded, result-driven, and capable of managing multiple prioritiesProficient in MS Office, and an effective communicator
