🌍 We’re hiring: Finance & Commercial Director📍 Location: Ploiești, Romania📊 Reports to: Managing Director👥 Team size: 15–17 people (Finance & Accounting, Customer Order, Material & Capacity Planning)About the RoleThe Finance & Commercial Director plays a key strategic role in ensuring the company’s financial and operational efficiency through the integrated coordination of financial analysis, planning, controlling, and management of commercial and production flows.This position has a direct impact on business decisions, cost optimization, and profitability growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan production capacities and align them with material requirements and commercial demand;Conduct financial and operational analyses of costs, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs);Coordinate controlling and financial reporting processes towards the Group teams , focusing on cost efficiency and loss reduction;Optimize internal workflows and develop analytical and reporting tools to support management decisions;Actively define and monitor efficiency, sustainability, and profitability objectives;Oversee the Finance & Accounting, Customer Order, and Material & Capacity Planning departments;Ensure compliance of internal policies and procedures with local and international regulations;Support the management team in developing the company’s financial and commercial strategies.Your ProfileUniversity degree in Economics, Finance, or Engineering (MBA is an advantage);Strong knowledge of transfer pricing policies and procedures;Solid understanding of production processes and their impact on financial results;Proven experience in contract negotiation with internal suppliers and customers;Strong background in controlling, financial analysis, or business operations — ideally within manufacturing (automotive, intralogistics, or similar industries);Advanced analytical skills, critical thinking, and strategic mindset;Proficiency in Excel and SAP (R3 / S4 Hana);Experience working with MRP systems (Material Requirements Planning);Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills in international environments;Fluency in English.What We OfferCompetitive salary;13th salary;Annual performance bonus;Additional benefits according to company policy: private medical insurance, meal vouchers, vacation and holiday bonuses, additional paid leave, transport reimbursement;International environment with direct collaboration with global teams focused on operational excellence;Professional growth opportunities and involvement in strategic projects.🚀 Join us!If you are a results-driven professional with strong financial and operational acumen and you’re looking for a role with strategic impact, we’d love to meet you.📧 Apply now or contact us directly for more details!
