You'll be joining a team where your ideas are valued and you can make a real impact from day one.Your Two-Year Commercial Journey This isn't just a job; it's a two-year rotational programme designed to give you a 360-degree view of our commercial business. You'll gain hands-on experience in key areas, working with iconic brands and collaborating with major UK retailers like Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and Asda.You'll get exposure across the business, connecting with our Professional Oral Care, e-Commerce, Finance, and Supply Chain teams. Your journey will include two core rotations:Rotation 1: Consumer Experience (Brand & Marketing)You'll be the voice of our brands, helping to connect with consumers in meaningful ways. You will:Help manage product launches from the first idea to the digital shelf. Partner with our digital teams on exciting equity campaigns across social media (like TikTok and Pinterest), CRM, and PR. Gain international exposure by supporting our UK, Ireland, and Nordic markets with key brand activities. Make a real difference with our social enterprise partner, 'Change Please,' managing our initiative to provide dental care to people experiencing homelessness. Learn the fundamentals of brand management, including budget tracking and managing promotional spend. Rotation 2: Customer Development (Sales & Account Management)You'll build partnerships with our biggest customers, ensuring our products are available and visible to shoppers. You will:Become a commercial strategist within a dynamic team that works directly with one of the UK's top retailers. Build collaborative relationships with our retail partners, helping to develop and optimize joint business plans. Work cross-functionally with Brand, Category, and Shopper teams to create customer-centric growth strategies. Analyse commercial data, manage investment invoicing, and master the financial side of sales. Partner with our field sales team to ensure our products and promotions are executed perfectly in stores maximising visibility and sales. You'll be a great fit if you:Are in your final year of study or have recently graduated (expecting or achieved a 2:1 or above). Have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme. Are ambitious to immerse yourself in the commercial teams and develop a successful career in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Are curious and passionate about brands, retail trends and understanding consumer behaviour. Propose innovative ideas, challenge the status quo and demonstrate strong project management skills.
