With a reputation for quality, reliability, and professionalism, they partner with Tier 1 contractors to bring complex interiors to life and they're on a journey of growth.What's the role about?You'll play a pivotal role in the commercial success of projects, overseeing contract management, financial performance, and client relationships.Key responsibilities:Administer and manage contracts (NEC, JCT or similar), including variations, extensions, and formal correspondence with Tier 1 contractorsPrepare, review, and submit accurate applications for payment in line with contractual termsMonitor and report on project budgets, cashflow, and overall financial performance to senior leadershipLead credit control processes, ensuring timely client payments and managing outstanding balancesSupport project teams with cost analysis, risk management, and commercial decision-makingProvide commercial input during tenders and subcontractor negotiationsMaintain accurate commercial records and documentation to support financial and contractual complianceLiaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to safeguard commercial interestsRequirementsProven experience as a Commercial Manager/Quantity SurveyorBackground in joinery, fit-out, or construction subcontractingStrong contract knowledge (NEC, JCT) and commercial acumenSkilled in payment applications, cashflow, and financial reportingConfident communicator with excellent negotiation skillsAble to manage multiple projects and work independentlyBenefitsWhat's in it for you?Salary - £60,000-£70,000 (DOE) + Company performance based bonusImpact - Be the commercial lead on high-profile, design-led projectsGrowth - Join a business with strong momentum and a clear need for your expertiseSupport - Work in a collaborative, professional environment that values your inputIND25
