Key Responsibilities:Project Commercial Oversight Provide comprehensive management of all commercial aspects of the project, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry best practices.Contract Management Oversee and manage contractual obligations, including but not limited to FIDIC (Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs-Conseils) contracts, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.Stakeholder Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a collaborative and efficient project environment.Financial Management Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow, ensuring financial health and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.Negotiation Leadership Lead negotiations on contracts and variations, leveraging strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions. Performance Monitoring and Reporting Monitor project performance, analyze key metrics, and report critical figures and insights to senior management on a regular basis.Cross-Functional Support Assist the Supply Chain and Finance teams in negotiating subcontract agreements, insurance policies, bonds, and guarantees, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
