Reporting directly to the CEO, the Commercial Managers will co-design the go-to-market plan (pricing, channels, partnerships) and execute it in the field, turning rapid pilots into recurring SaaS revenue. Role A — Critical Infrastructures: Focus on data centers and other mission-critical environments, such as water distribution networks and industrial sites, working with operators, integrators and partnersRole B — Agriculture: Focus on high-value farming (e.g., greenhouses, vineyards) and ecosystem partners to validate and scale commercial pilotsQualificationsSolid experience in B2B commercial/sales roles with technical products or solutionsStrong customer communication, negotiation, and project follow-throughAbility to balance strategy and hands-on execution; comfortable working in a fast-moving startupFluent Portuguese and English; willing to travelStrong Commercial Management, Business Planning, and strategic thinking skillsProficiency in Contract Management and negotiation skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsProven ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunitiesEducational background in Business, Management, or a related field is highly desirableNice to haveCritical Infrastructures role: familiarity with facilities/operations environments (e.g., data centres, utilities, industrial sites) and working with integrators or solution partnersAgriculture role: exposure to agritech, irrigation/greenhouse operations, cooperatives, or agri distributorsWhy FiberSightDeep-tech product with clear, real-world impactOwnership, autonomy, and direct influence on our go-to-market and growthCompetitive base salary with a performance-based variable bonusEquity: stock options available
