We specialise in expanding brands through our commercial network in the US, UK and Europe, from dominant and emerging e-commerce marketplaces to direct-to-consumer and major retail. Our platform enables local brand presence and a robust delivery network. Our portfolio includes over 50 brands and 1000 + products.We are now searching for a Commercial Manager to join our growth journey.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Commercial Manager, you will be crucial in expanding our brand portfolio and nurturing key relationships.Manage new partner acquisition, identifying and onboarding new brand partners to the eBrands platform.Create and execute strategic growth plans for each partner, identifying new opportunities to expand their business.Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of brand partners, acting as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor.Own the partnership's full P&L, including revenue, profitability, and key performance metrics.Oversee the day-to-day management of accounts, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partner initiatives.Regularly analyse partnership performance data and provide actionable insights and reports to both internal stakeholders and brand partners.RequirementsProven experience in account management, business development, or a similar client-facing role, with significant experience working with e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces such as Shopify, Amazon, Walmart and Zalando.Strong understanding of the consumer goods industry and commercial drivers in the digital retail space.Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage a partnership's P&L and drive performance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Fluent in Finnish and English.LocationLocation: Hybrid, with Helsinki as a base office.Perks and benefitsExtensive healthcareA supportive environment to develop yourselfFlexible work schedulesFun and passionate colleaguesA unique opportunity to be a part of a truly international and rapidly growing companyHow to Apply?Please send your application via email to join@ebrands.com with the subject line "Application for Commercial Manager" including:Your CVYour salary requestAn Informal application - who are you and why would you like to join us
