About ECC GroupECC Group is a leading international education provider in MENA, offering globally recognized degrees and executive education programs in partnership with top-tier universities.Role OverviewECC Group is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead its B2C sales operations across Egypt and the GCC region. This role is crucial in driving business growth, managing sales teams, and executing strategies that enhance revenue and customer engagement within the education sector.You will be responsible for setting and achieving sales targets, developing and implementing commercial plans, managing team leaders, and collaborating with internal departments to align sales performance with ECC Group’s strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company growth objectives.Plan annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets, budgets, and forecasts.Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs.Monitor sales performance and provide structured feedback to ensure continuous improvement.Build and maintain relationships with key partners, corporate clients, and decision-makers.Conduct business meetings and webinars to drive client acquisition and engagement.Analyze sales data and prepare detailed performance and forecasting reports.Collaborate with Marketing, Academic, and Finance teams to optimize operations and revenue streams.Ensure all sales processes, customer data, and reports are managed efficiently on Odoo ERP.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.8–12 years of total experience in sales or commercial roles, including 3–5 years in a managerial position.Proven record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Strong proficiency in Odoo, Excel, and Power BI.Experience in the education sector is a plus.Experience in GCC markets is a plus.Fluent in English (spoken and written).What We Offer :✔ Competitive salary + Attractive commission structure✔ Social & medical insurance✔ Professional and supportive work environment✔ Career development and growth opportunities📩 Apply NowPlease send your updated CV to:📧 recruiter2@ecc-group.ae📱 01000229263📌 Subject: Commercial Manager
