As part of this development, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial and quantity surveying function across major high-rise projects.This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation at an exciting stage in its journey.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage commercial and quantity surveying teamsOversee cost control, budgeting, and contract administrationManage claims, variations, and commercial riskSupport tender pricing, procurement, and cost planningEnsure compliance with contractual and financial standardsProvide regular commercial reporting to senior leadershipRequirementsMinimum 7–10 years’ commercial experience with reputable UAE contractors\Strong contractual and claims management experience Strong experience on large high-rise building projects Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying MRICS / FRICS preferred Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills Currently based in the UAECandidates without UAE contracting experience will not be considered.
