We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Commercial Marketing and Data Analyst to support our commercial organization by optimizing CRM systems, analyzing market and sales data, and enhancing digital marketing efforts. This role combines analytical rigor with marketing strategy to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and support data-informed decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Commercial InsightsAnalyze sales, margin, and volume data to identify trends, forecast performance, and support strategic planning.Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as opportunity conversion rates and pipeline-to-sales ratios.Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI to communicate insights to leadership.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing strategies and business development.CRM Optimization & ReportingManage and maintain the opportunity pipeline in collaboration with Sales, Procurement, and Commercial Leadership.Serve as the CRM subject matter expert, driving enhancements and adoption across teams.Support CRM-based reporting and analytics for monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.Marketing Strategy & ExecutionImprove web presence and SEO performance, potentially in partnership with external providers.Create and manage content for social media platforms to increase brand visibility.Collect and leverage customer testimonials and case studies to support sales efforts.Develop and maintain a centralized library of sales materials (presentations, line cards, handouts).Automation & Digital InnovationStreamline onboarding workflows for new customers and products.Identify and implement low-code/no-code solutions to improve commercial workflows.Explore AI-driven tools for forecasting, segmentation, and lead scoring.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.Proven experience in commercial analytics, marketing operations, or sales enablement.Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.
