Through structured learning, cross-department rotations, and real-world business analytics projects, the program aims to develop a group of high-potential talents who are analytical, data-savvy, and strategic thinkers — capable of translating insights into actions that accelerate Unloq’s business growth. Trainees will rotate across key functions such as Commercial Strategy, Business Analytics, and Sales Operations, gaining a holistic understanding of Unloq’s commercial engine. During the program, participants will receive systematic training in market analysis, performance optimization, and data-driven decision-making. Upon completion, they will be assigned to core business operation teams to lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, enable data intelligence, and drive commercial impact." 任职要求： "Bachelor’s degree or above, graduating in 2026; all majors are welcome, with preference for Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or Data Analytics backgrounds.
