Through open collaboration with ecosystem partners, we create lasting value for our customers, working to empower people, enrich home life, and inspire innovation in organizations of all shapes and sizes.Job Title: Commercial Partner Operation Specialist Key Responsibilities:Commercial Partner Strategy Management: Responsible for formulating insights and expansion strategies for commercial partners, establishing commercial partner management policies, and building a trust-based, win-win partner management system.Commercial Partner Operations Management: Manage partner data, maintain partner order, formulate incentive policies, ensure internal control and compliance, and maintain fairness and equity in partner collaboration.Commercial Partner Enablement: Responsible for building and enhancing the professional capabilities of commercial partners.Positioning: Responsible for managing commercial market partners, executing partner-related activities, tracking partner cooperation progress, and handling partner certification processes.Standard Responsibilities: Participate in implementing partner policies, processes, and business operation plans adapted to the responsible domain/representative office. Be familiar with partner policies, processes, and relevant business management regulations to ensure compliance in partner operations. Be responsible for the adaptation and implementation of partner-related processes in the value stream and MPR processes and continuously optimize these adapted processes. Manage the order and governance of partners, ensuring the continuous improvement of the partner ecosystem’s health Proficiently use digital tools to carry out partner operations, continuously promoting tool optimization.Qualification RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in partner operations, channel management, or business operations.Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) — required.Proficient in English for daily communication.Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with digital tools (e.g., CRM, Excel).Good understanding of business processes, compliance, and partner management basics.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Job Location: Athens, GreeceWhat We Offer:We offer you an exciting professional career in one of the leading and fastest growing multinational telecommunication companies, challenging work and a competitive salary package.
