Bring us your curiosity and capacity to engage people and you can be part of the Omni-channel team that’s driving our commercial organization forward.Your ‘day to day’In this role with Philip Morris Singapore Pte Ltd, you will contribute to the overall development and implementation of commercial initiatives by providing support to the various departments in the areas of planning, analysis, and reporting. You will also translate information into insights to drive effective outcomes across the value chain of the business.Your Accountabilities IncludeReporting & Analysis: Develop insightful reports relating to the performance of commercial implementations and initiatives in the industry. Based on in-depth market analysis, propose viable action plans to tackle identified problems / opportunities taking into consideration the complexity of implementation, business scenarios, and alignment to overall Commercial objectives. Support with reports to communicate the progress of the business against critical KPI / KSI targets. Ensure key stakeholders are updated in a timely manner.Market Intelligence: Use data to understand business environment, pricing analysis, consumer trends, portfolio opportunities, and provide insights/recommendations to capture value and to maximize opportunities.Volume Planning: Manage the monthly & yearly volume planning and achieve accuracy in forecasting for budgeting requirements. Assist with scenario modeling and provide information on business impact to the category.Resource Management: Track assigned portions of the function's budgets ensuring efficient and effective use of available resources. Constantly analyze and identify key issues or opportunities and propose budget required to optimize commercial deliverables.Commercial Presentations: Develop and support the delivery of assigned plans and presentations (including annual strategy reviews and commercial plans) in conjunction with relevant stakeholders in the Commercial Team. Where necessary, provide regional stakeholders with required information & updates relating to market performance.Business Systems: Ensure the development of systems that provide relevant information to the business. Maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, and dashboards. Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key performance metrics. Provide end-user support to ensure full utilization of technology (systems, tools, reports) available.Projects: Support Key Account team to develop Account & Game Plan for priority accounts. Conduct business review, tracks performance and recommend action plans. Own end-to-end project management & drive continuous improvement by proactively identifying business processes that can be enhanced to optimize manual work. Who We’re Looking ForA motivated, driven, and achievement-oriented individual with a growth mindset and strong learning agility.3+ years working experience in Business Analytics or Business Intelligence / Planning in Sales & Marketing, preferably with a large FMCG company.Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.Key skills we are looking for:Strong proficiency in Excel, with some understanding of programming languages preferred.Analytical skills and experience with experience in statistical modelling and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and knowledge of visualization practices.Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Customer focused, considering problems from a customer's perspective while being pragmatic and solution oriented.What We OfferOur success depends on the people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
