Job Description/RequirementsOperations and Customer Experience ManagementSupervise staffSupervise and coordinate with the facility coordinator to ensure housekeepers, security personnel, artisans, and repairmen maintain the property in excellent condition.Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of maintenance issues to enhance the overall living experience for guests.Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience from booking to check-out.Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction.Marketing StrategyDevise and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive bookings, occupancy, and revenue.Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and online advertising, to reach and engage target audiences.Develop and maintain a strong online presence, ensuring accurate and compelling property listings.Manage social media accounts and booking platforms to promote the property.Content CreationCreate engaging and persuasive content for property listings, promotional materials, and online platforms to attract and retain guests.Collaborate with design and content teams to produce visually appealing and informative marketing collateral.Data Analysis and ReportingUtilize data analytics to track marketing performance, guest satisfaction, and other relevant KPIs.Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.Partnerships and CollaborationsIdentify and cultivate partnerships with local businesses and services to enhance the overall guest experience.Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and other stakeholders to broaden the reach and appeal of our Airbnb apartments.Financial ManagementTrack and manage property revenue and expenses.Ensure prompt payment of services rendered and items purchased to vendors/ suppliers.Develop and implement budgets to optimize property financial performance.Conduct regular financial analyses to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.Tenant and Guest ExperiencePrioritize and enhance the overall experience of both long- term tenants and short-term guests.Address and resolve tenant and guest concerns in a timely and professional manner.Implement initiatives to improve tenant and guest satisfaction.Regulatory ComplianceStay informed about local regulations and ensure property compliance.Implement and maintain necessary safety and security measures.Ensure prompt payment of all regulatory fees, levies, etc.Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality or a related field.Experience in property management, preferably with a focus on short-term stay accommodation, hospitality industry and Airbnb platform, marketing, customer experience management or a related field.Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in the use of social media and booking platforms, data analysis and reporting tools.Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy.Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and implement innovative ideas.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques
