Your main responsibilities will includeo  Customer training, product presentations and product training Participation in product commercialization in the market areao  Active contact with customers and project salesPreparation of offerings and contractsParticipation in product commercialization in the market area We expect you to have some experience in B2B customer service, training or sales, most preferably in the wood industry and a higher education degree in a relevant field. Good communication and presentation skills and abilities to build long-term relationships with customers and distributors are essential in this role. We work on a broad customer base, so we hope you enjoy working with designers, architects, constructors and distributors as well as with industrial customers. You will have an independent role in your area, but also the Lunawood team supporting your work. The work requires travelling in the US and frequent travel to our Cleveland, Georgia, were we have our operations. We hope you can set up a home office for remote work.
