About the RoleAs Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in driving Swissport Japan’s commercial performance across Ground Handling and Cargo operations. This role is responsible for managing airline customer relationships, leading pricing strategies, and supporting new business opportunities — ensuring that our services deliver both customer satisfaction and sustainable growth.商業マネージャーとして、スイスポート・ジャパンのグランドハンドリングおよび貨物部門の商業活動全般をリードしていただきます。航空会社を中心とした顧客管理、価格戦略の策定、新規ビジネスのサポートなどを通じて、顧客満足度と収益性の両立を目指します。Key Responsibilities | 主な業務内容Manage commercial relationships with airline customers, including contracts, pricing, and renewalsLead pricing and revenue strategies in collaboration with Finance and Operations teamsSupport RFP responses, tenders, and new station or service bidsConduct market analysis to identify opportunities and risksCoordinate onboarding and implementation for new customersTrack contract performance, profitability, and customer satisfactionMaintain strong internal collaboration with Operations, Legal, and Finance航空会社との契約管理、価格設定、契約更新の実施財務・運用部門と連携し、価格および収益戦略を策定RFP対応、入札案件、新規ステーションや新サービスの提案支援市場分析を通じて新たな機会・リスクを特定新規顧客のオンボーディングおよびサービス導入を調整契約実績・収益性・顧客満足度をモニタリング商業・運用・法務など社内各部門との円滑な連携を維持Qualifications | 応募資格Required | 必須要件Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, economics, aviation, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in a commercial, sales, or business development roleBusiness-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken)Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPointビジネス、経済、航空関連分野での学士号、または同等の実務経験商業、営業、または事業開発における5年以上の実務経験日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベルでの読み書き・会話能力高い分析力、交渉力、コミュニケーション能力Microsoft Office(特にExcel、PowerPoint)の実務スキルPreferred | 歓迎要件Experience in the aviation or ground handling industryExperience in responding to RFPs and commercial tendersUnderstanding of P&L management and revenue performance trackingFamiliarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)航空業界または地上支援業界での経験RFP対応や入札業務の実務経験損益管理および収益モニタリングに関する理解CRMツール(例:Salesforce)の使用経験
