About the Role:We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Commis Chefs (Commis 1, 2, and 3) to join our award-winning culinary team. The successful candidates will assist in food preparation and support senior chefs in delivering exceptional quality and presentation in every dish.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of menu items according to hotel standards.Follow the instructions and guidance of the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef.Ensure that all mise-en-place is prepared efficiently and on time.Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen at all times.Support with receiving and storing deliveries and managing stock rotation.Contribute ideas to menu development and kitchen improvements.Requirements:Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or fine-dining restaurant is preferred.Passion for cooking and commitment to maintaining high culinary standards.Strong teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn.Basic understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene procedures.Culinary diploma or relevant training certification is an advantage.
