Main ResponsibilitiesExcellent product and sales knowledge Professional serving of food and drinks Preparing the required Mise en Place Professional advice and customer care for our guests Ensuring smooth work processes at your own station, while complying with our quality standards Supporting the restaurant management in their daily tasks Assisting in the preparation and implementation of special events Complying with hygiene regulations and cleanliness within the framework of the HACCP guidelinesRequirements2-3 years' relevant experienceA completed vocational training in the upscale hotel industry or gastronomyCommunicative skillsHigh level of commitment as well as a structured, results-oriented and independent way of working Engaging communication and expression skills, open-mindedness as well as teamwork skills Flexibility and resilience - your position includes weekend and holiday shifts Fluent in French & EnglishThe ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for service, food, lots of flair and creativityGood IT skills, knowledge of the Infogenesis cash register system and the SevenRooms booking system would be an advantage Must be of smart appearance with excellent personal hygiene standards
