We are growing rapidly and proud to offer stability, progression and meaningful responsibility on high-value international projects.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to take full ownership of commissioning activities from early planning through to successful client handover. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, managing schedules and reporting, ensuring full compliance with technical and safety standards and driving seamless delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle. This is a key leadership role requiring strong technical judgement, coordination skills and a proactive approach to delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead the commissioning strategy, plan and execution approach.Oversee commissioning schedules, resource allocation, test plans and reporting.Coordinate multidisciplinary commissioning teams across mechanical, electrical, controls and specialist vendors.Interface with clients, contractors and internal project leadership to ensure alignment, progress and risk visibility.Review and approve documentation, method statements and risk assessments prior to execution.Enforce the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance at all times.Identify and resolve commissioning issues efficiently, escalating where required.Drive accurate, complete and timely documentation for client handover and project close-out.Provide technical guidance, leadership and mentorship to commissioning engineers and junior team members.RequirementsProven background as a Commissioning Manager on large-scale data centre or mission-critical projects.Strong technical foundation, ideally in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Detailed understanding of commissioning workflows, safety standards and technical documentation.Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.Ability to travel and work on-site across Europe when required.Current right to work within the EU is essential.What We OfferOpportunity to lead commissioning on major international projects of strategic importance.Long-term career development within a scaling consultancy with strong future growth plans.Competitive and rewarding package aligned with senior responsibility and delivery.Collaborative culture with a high-trust environment and real responsibility from day one.
