About the RoleWe are partnering with a leading energy trading organisation to identify a Middle Distillates Trader with strong experience in diesel, gasoil, jet fuel, kerosene or related clean products.The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of front-office trading experience, a proven track record on physical and/or paper markets, and a clear, demonstrable book of business across the Middle East, East Africa or Asia.The position is based in the UAE, at the centre of one of the most active refined products markets globally.Key ResponsabilitiesManage and grow a middle distillates trading book (diesel, gasoil, jet, kerosene, ULSD, MGO).Execute physical and/or paper trades in line with risk limits and commercial strategy.Originate new counterparties, strengthen relationships and expand market access.Identify arbitrage opportunities across ME, Africa, Asia and Europe.Collaborate with operations, risk and finance teams to ensure smooth execution.Monitor global market trends, freight, supply/demand flows and macro indicators.Deliver consistent P&L performance with disciplined risk management.What we offerA highly competitive compensation structure.A growing, international environment with strong trading mandate.The chance to play a key role in a rapidly expanding products trading team.Full confidentiality and a seamless recruitment process.
