This is an exciting opportunity for a communications professional with lived experience of disability to join our team in a newly established part time role 20 hours per week, flexibility on days/hours). Do you have the ability to tell stories, write fantastic content, celebrate company news and success, and to engage with our people and our clients to showcase our brand.You’ll be a dynamic and media-savvy professional who’s lived experience of disability provides the deep understanding of our sector, it’s challenges and possess a desire to make a meaningful contribution.Passionate about supporting services that enable good lives, you will be responsible for enhancing brand awareness and supporting Accessable’s strategic communication goals with development & implementation of content across various internal & external digital platforms including social media, website, newsletters and bulletins.What you will bring·                Lived experience of disability and the sector essential·                Bachelor’s degree in communications (or related discipline)·                Strong communication skills, ability to build rapport with internal & external stakeholders·                Demonstrated experience in digital media, creating and managing quality content, including the use of various digital channels & other communication tools·                Strong relationship skills with the ability to work well with people of all abilities and at all levels.Why Accessable?You'll be part of our Team Leadership Group (TLG), actively contributing to day-to-day operational activities and collaborating across departments to drive service excellence.
