If you love sport – and talking about sport – as much as we do, this could be the perfect role for you to start the new year.We’re on the hunt for a Sports Journalist – working on the Newstalk ZB team to produce agenda-setting news for radio, with the ability to provide content across NZME’s other platforms. You’ll work with the best in the business producing quality sports journalism for New Zealand's biggest media audience.To be successful in this role, you’ll need to know your Barretts from your Barretts, and your Williamsons from your Watene-Zelezniaks. You’ll wow us with your outstanding sports knowledge, good news sense, broadcast-quality voice, strong writing and editing skills, and hunger to break stories. We want someone who is confident on-air, thrives on deadlines, creates content that wins audiences, is willing to learn quickly and is a team player.
