Job Summary: The Communications Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of Lhoopa's communication strategies. This individual will support the team’s initiatives in telling Lhoopa's compelling story, managing our online presence, and ensuring effective internal and external communication. This role requires a dynamic and detail-oriented individual with excellent writing skills, a strong understanding of digital platforms, and a passion for Lhoopa's mission.Job Responsibilities:1. Content Development & Storytelling:Draft, edit, and proofread a variety of communication materials, including press releases, blog posts, website content, newsletters, internal announcements, presentations, and reports.Support the development of compelling narratives and case studies that highlight Lhoopa's impact on communities, success stories of homeowners and partners, and technological innovations.Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, HR) to gather information and ensure content accuracy and alignment with business goals.2. Social Media & Digital Presence Management:Assist community manager in conceptualizing and creating content for Lhoopa's social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).Track social media sentiments, identify opportunities for increased engagement and visibility, and assist in drafting timely and appropriate responses, escalating when necessary.Contribute to maintaining and updating content on Lhoopa's corporate website, ensuring information is current, accurate, and engaging.4. Internal Communications Support:Assist in developing and disseminating internal communications to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with company vision, updates, and initiatives.Provide content and events management support to HR in high-level employee engagement activities, such as internal town halls and volunteer initiatives.5. Research & Analytics:Conduct research on industry trends, competitor communication strategies, and best practices in PR and digital communications.Assist in tracking and reporting on communications performance metrics, contributing to post-campaign analyses and insights.6. Administrative & Project Support:Maintain communications calendars, databases, and contact lists.Assist in organizing and coordinating communication-related events, webinars, or partnerships.Manage communication assets (e.g., photos, videos, brand guidelines) to ensure consistency.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in a communications, PR, or marketing role, preferably within the tech or real estate sector. Fresh graduates with strong internships and relevant academic projects are encouraged to apply.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Tagalog proficiency is a plus).Proficiency in crafting clear, concise, and engaging content for various audiences and platforms.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.High level of attention to detail and accuracy.Proactive, curious, and a quick learner, with a strong willingness to take initiative.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Passion for Lhoopa's mission of providing affordable housing and leveraging technology for social impact.
