Podcast Producer / ManagerWe are seeking a Podcast Producer who can oversee the entire production process, from organizing high-profile guests to editing, publishing, and promoting each episode. This role is ideal for someone who can balance creativity and operations and who can work confidently with successful guests.This show is a tech and business podcast with high-profile guests, including millionaire founders, leaders, and entrepreneurs. You must be comfortable communicating with this type of audience and know how to manage them with professionalism and clarity.Responsibilities:Manage podcast production end-to-end from planning to post-launch promotion.Handle guest outreach, communication, and scheduling with high-status and busy guests.Run and oversee recordings while ensuring smooth sessions and high-quality audio and video.Edit audio and video episodes, including cleanups, leveling, and intros and outros.Publish and optimize episodes on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and other platforms.Create promotional materials such as short clips, reels, audiograms, and social media posts.Write show notes, episode descriptions, and titles that attract listeners.Track performance metrics and suggest ways to grow the audience.Coordinate timelines, assets, and workflows across the team to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient project management.Requirements:Proven experience producing, editing, or managing podcast content.Skilled with editing tools such as Audition, Descript, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut.Familiar with podcast hosting and publishing platforms such as Spotify for Podcasters or Buzzsprout.Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage high-profile and high-net-worth guests.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple episodes and deadlines.Understanding of social media promotion and content marketing strategies.Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and time management.Bonus:Experience using AI tools for editing, scripting, or content repurposing.Experience with tech or business-focused content.To Be Considered, Please Send us the following at aarti@imsold.org :Links to podcast episodes or shows you have worked onOptional: a short explanation of your creative workflow or preferred editing stack
