Communication Coordinator / Coordonnateur(trice) des communications:On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for a Communication Coordinator for a 12-month role with the possibility of extension. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Montreal office.Communication Coordinator / Coordonnateur(trice) des communications - Job Description:Morgan Stanley is executing a multi-year Technology Strategy aimed at simplifying and modernizing its Technology, Architecture, and Practices. The successful candidate will support the Technology Strategy Adoption & Enablement function, focusing on Culture, People Engagement, Change Management, and Communications.Communication Coordinator / Coordonnateur(trice) des communications - Responsibilities:• Create inspirational, informative, and action-oriented content such as newsletters and posts for technical and executive audiences.• Update and maintain the team's presentation suite to reflect recent and future activities.• Ensure timely updates to Jive, including regular audits to the site.• Aggregate and distribute end-of-week updates, ensuring comprehensive coverage of team activities.• Manage the team's project closure form process, ensuring timely feedback from project sponsors.• Organize quarterly touchpoints with key partners and project teams to explore improvement opportunities.• Track and report on activities and provide metrics.• Support new task allocation, recurring tasks, and quarterly planning.• Attend meetings with senior team management to summarize and publish takeaways.• Support the execution of a communication plan to ensure staff insights into organizational priorities and drive team engagement.• Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested.Communication Coordinator / Coordonnateur(trice) des communications - Mandatory Skills:• Outstanding attention to detail.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Proven stakeholder management and project management capabilities.• Strong visualization skills in PowerPoint for data presentation and critical messaging.• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.• Strong communication and data analysis mindset.• Familiarity with Jira or other ticketing tools is a plus.Communication Coordinator / Coordonnateur(trice) des communications – Nice-to-Have Skills:• Adobe Analytics• Jive• Power BI• Familiarity with Technical & AI language and conceptsCommunication Coordinator / Coordonnateur(trice)
