Function: Legal & Corporate AffairsDirect reports to: SEA Legal & Corporate Affairs Associate DirectorKEY RESPONSIBILITIESInternal CommunicationDrive the cascading of information in full on time to foster transparency in the organization.Act as a Champion for any master related to Corporate Branding to ensure the consistency of ABI’s Dream People Culture.Ensure the delivery of communication activities as a means of Engagement and recognition, ….Partner with the People Department in the execution of Engagement Activities – internal events, namely Quarterly Business briefing, Townhall, Happy Hour, Teambuilding, Global Beer Responsible Day, internally Global Smart Drinking DPC,…Partner with other Departments in using Communications as an effective change management tool.External CommunicationImplement communications material that delivers consistent key messages on Sustainability message/ target audiences through appropriate channels.Proactively engage with all project stakeholders and explain complex systems in plain language.Ensure regular contact with target media and respond appropriately to media requests.Mitigate risk and news, support crisis management.Prepare speeches/documents for spoke person in public areas, and interview sessions.Support Corporate Affairs Lead and BU Leaders in External Stakeholder mapping and engagement.Planning & Performance Management (PPM) The PPM role is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of the department’s budget, ensuring the use of appropriate solutions, principles, standards, and best practices, and reporting accordingly to the LCA Head for overall management.Develop, present, oversee and report on LCA budgets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.Ensure all budgets and financial processes align with company goals, company policy.Collaborate with cross functions such as People, S&L, Procurement, SEA Expansion, so on to set budget goals and ensure they’re followed.Collaborate with APAC LCA PPM to track and recommendations as needed.Develop and maintain an accurate record-keeping system.Identify, flag, and analyze potential financial and budgetary risks.Corporate AffairsResponsible for creating and maintaining a positive image of the company among various stakeholders including the public, employees, investors, and government entities:Plan & execute programs to create and maintain a positive image of the organization to the external publics and align with the company's overall business strategy, including collaborate with People function to drive Employer Branding activities.Stakeholder Management: assist LCA Head maintain connections and relationships with various external government stakeholders, industry associations, etc.Company Policy Awareness: responsible for maintaining awareness of company objectives and policies, and ensuring that these are communicated effectively to all stakeholders.Crisis Management: assist LCA Head to manage the company’s crisis communications and respond to any reputational risks that may arise.Corporate Governance & Regulatory Compliance: collaborate with Compliance ensuring that the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations, helping to avoid any legal or regulatory issues that could impact the company's reputation.Conflict of Interest: person in charge of conflicts of interest management and promote the best interest of the company and any shareholders.Public Opinion: monitor public opinion and maintain a positive image of the company.Event Management: assist at official functions, prepare guest lists, and act as host or hostess at receptions.CSR management.Others:Support MANCOM team in drafting message track for key Communication Activities/Events.Manage the budget for each campaign & balance it with the overall budget after alignment with LCA Head.Be a member of a crisis management team subject to the Corporate Crisis Manual and amended from time to time.Another assignment is requested by LCA Head.KEY REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor or Master's degree(s) in public relations, communication, journalism, art or other related majors.At least 5-8 years of experience in communications/media.Experience with a communication agency, a business association, and/or an internal communications role in FMCG is an advantage.Demonstrates strong integrity and ethical standards.Understanding of communication principles and practices.Good relationship with media in big cities.Excellent command of Business English and Vietnamese, especially in writing.Network with media agencies is an advantage.Analytical skills with orientation to details.Time management and problem-solving.Ability to manage and plan workload effectively.Ability to bring creative
