Operating globally with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and passenger experience, we collaborate with airlines, rail companies, and hospitality groups to elevate journeys through tailor-made offerings.For more information, please check Kaelis Website : https://kaelis.world/ Role SummaryWe're looking for a Communications Manager & Events to take our brand voice to new heights and lead the execution of high-impact corporate events worldwide.As the Communications & Event Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing Kaelis’ internal and external communication strategies while managing a calendar of international trade shows. This dual role requires a strategic thinker with excellent writing and visual skills, brand awareness and event-planning experience in a global B2B environment. Key ResponsibilitiesCommunications (80%)●    Develop and implement strategic communication plans that align with Kaelis’ brand and business objectives.●    Write and oversee the creation of press releases, newsletters, website, speeches, executive communications and social media content;●    Manage corporate messaging across channels: digital, PR, internal communications and brand guidelines;●    Serve as a liaison between media and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging.●    Monitor brand presence and press coverage, and manage crisis communication if necessary; and●    Collaborate with Design and Product Development teams to ensure impactful storytelling and visual alignment.Events (20%)●    Plan, coordinate and execute global trade shows, corporate events and speaking engagements;●    Manage all event logistics, including budgeting, vendor coordination, booth design together with the Chief Designer, guest lists and on-site execution;●    Support senior leadership in public speaking opportunities and event prep; and ●    Maintain post-event reports, metrics and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications & SkillsRequired:●    Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field;●    10+ years in a communications or marketing role;●    Proven experience organising and managing large-scale events across global markets;●    Exceptional written & verbal communication skills in English (Native or C2 equivalent);●    Experience using design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) or basic HTML is a plus.●    Strong project management and multitasking capabilities;●    Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and Artificial Intelligence tools; and●    A self-starting attitude, a good team player and open to feedback;●    Capable of motivating and leading the Communications team.Preferred:●    Knowledge of onboard equipment or catering supply for airlines, railway companies or hotels.●    Knowledge of Salesforce.com●    Fluency in other languages.
