More than 90 million customers are served every year across the six markets.On behalf of our Client, we are now searching for a bright professional for the role ofIMPACT AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER | Baltic’sYour Key Focus AreasDriving Impact & PurposeDefine and deliver the Impact strategy across Baltics, creating real value for people, planet and business while protecting McDonald’s license to operate.Shape the communications, ESG and sustainability roadmap in line with global and local priorities.Partner with Premier Capital and BU Impact teams to ensure alignment and best practice sharing.Manage communications and stakeholder engagement through PR, media, advocacy and internal storytelling to strengthen trust and reputation.Support marketing and brand initiatives with clear and authentic communication.Oversee ESG reporting and annual Impact planning with focus on transparency and measurable progress.Control the Communications and Impact budget, ensuring efficiency and value.Collaboration & CultureEncourage cooperation across functions to embed sustainability and purpose in daily work.Promote openness, accountability and shared ownership of Impact goals among teams.Reputation & RiskMonitor media and public sentiment, providing timely insights and guidance to leadership.Advise on reputational, regulatory and environmental matters using proactive communication.Coordinate crisis and issue management to maintain trust and business resilience.Engage key stakeholders and advocates to support business growth and expansion.Communications & AdvocacyDevelop and implement an integrated communications strategy that amplifies McDonald’s purpose and positive impact.Equip leaders with strong messaging and storytelling for internal and external audiences.Build relationships with media, agencies, NGOs and community partners.Organize inspiring events that engage people and highlight McDonald’s role in society.Measure and report communication outcomes to demonstrate progress.Sustainability & Social GoodPromote McDonald’s sustainability and social responsibility agenda including RMHC.Advance initiatives that reduce environmental footprint and strengthen local communities.Communicate achievements with authenticity and pride, sharing real stories of positive change.Your Professional Background Should CoverDegree in Communications, Social Sciences, Public Affairs, International Relations, or a related field.5+ years’ experience in communications, PR, sustainability, CSR, or stakeholder relations.
