Are you ready to lead digital creativity across a fast-growing group of brands? Codnity Group is searching for a Digital Growth & Creative Strategy Manager — a data-driven storyteller who thrives at the crossroads of creativity, analytics, and innovation.In this role, you’ll take charge of content creation, social media strategy, PPC campaigns, and marketing automation for four diverse internal brands — as well as selected client accounts. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll shape digital narratives, build communities, and deliver measurable growth across multiple sectors including travel, sustainability, tech, and creative industries.Requirements - Content, Social Media and PPC Fluent in English and LatvianProven experience in PPC management, social media strategy, and content creationSkilled in Google Ads, Analytics, Workspace, and campaign optimizationContent Creation: Confident using Canva, Figma, and major social media platformsStrong creative instincts combined with analytical thinkingExcellent communication, organisation, and multitasking abilitiesCuriosity about AI, automation, PR, and business growthProactive and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for innovationExperience in PR, marketing, or client services is a plusUnderstanding of digital lead generation and automation tools is a bonusFamiliarity with creative, travel, sustainability, or tech sectors is an advantageWhat you'll doLead and optimise PPC and paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedInManage keyword research, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget pacingTranslate analytics into actionable strategies using Google Analytics and dashboardsCollaborate on ad creatives and landing pages to align brand voice with performance goalsShape and manage the social presence of four Codnity Group brandsDevelop and execute monthly content themes and social media campaignsPlan, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, and YouTubeCreate and repurpose content such as blogs, visuals, and short-form videosDesign creative assets using Canva and Figma to support marketing initiativesTrack content and campaign performance and refine strategies for continuous improvementCollaborate with PR, marketing, and business development teams on multi-channel campaignsIntegrate and automate marketing systems including CRM, AI tools, and analytics platformsBuild smart workflows for automation, reporting, and lead generationStreamline internal processes and champion new digital tools to improve efficiencyWhat we offerFull-time contract positionHybrid work model with flexibility and autonomyMonthly salary range (with end of year performance bonus) based on experienceOpportunities for professional growth and creative leadershipExposure to international projects and client campaignsOngoing mentorship and professional development supportParticipation in team events and creative sessionsCompany benefits and holidays
