For our client baed in the centre of Fribourg, we are looking for a versatile Communications Officer to join the growing team. This job is 100%b on-site.As a Communications Officer, you will be responsible for:Press:o Daily media monitoring using the Cision One tool and internet/social media research;o Production of the Group's weekly press review and distribution (using the Cision tool).Social Media:o Development and implementation of a communication plan for the Socfin Group;o Management of the Group's social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram);o Support for plantations and implementation of the Group's strategy on their social media;o Planning and validation of publications using the Status Brew tool;o Development of visual content;o Creation of templates: communication plan, visual ideas, video creation, etc.Website:o Website and dashboard redesign project: coordination with the agency, briefing, project monitoring, etc.;o Annual and ad hoc content updates;o Contribution to the continuous improvement of existing pages (HR, sales, institutional);o Review and optimization of the website update/validation process (head office and plantations) to reduce bottlenecks and streamline validations;o Verification of the consistency of online postings with the Group's graphic charter and standards;o Support for the implementation of a collaborative working method such as a CMS (with alternative proposals if necessary)o Performance (SEO)Communication materials:o Creation of communication materials: internal and external presentations, flyers, videos, newsletters, etc.;o Support for plantations in the creation of their materials (newsletter, RDD, factsheet);o Verification of the application of the Group's graphic charter for all materials.Sustainable Development Report:o Participation in the production of the Group's annual sustainable development report and CSRD reports: selection of CSR content, illustration briefing, and proofreading;o Coordination and selection of testimonials;o Selection of photos;o Participation in the proofreading of plantation sustainable development reports.Documentation and Training:o Implementation of guides and procedures: video creation, media analysis, communication plan, etc.;o Training of subsidiaries (via videoconference): social media and graphic design (use of Canva for their external and internal communications).Your Profile:Education: Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a diploma in a similar field. Additional training in social media management, web writing, or graphic design would be an asset.Experience: 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role in corporate communications, preferably in an international environment. Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and writing communication materials. Experience in managing public relations and media interactions.Exposure to "crisis communication" is an asset.Exposure to "CSRD communication" is a plus. Skills and knowledge:Proficiency in social media and communication tools (Mailchimp, Canva, etc.).Excellent writing and public relations skills.Experience in media monitoring and media relations management.Skills in visual content creation.Complete fluency, written and spoken, in French and English. Portuguese is an asset.Please note that this job is open to Swiss citizens and people with a valid Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizens.
