Communications Performance and Insight Lead

A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a strategic, data-driven storyteller to join the Corporate Affairs team as Communications Performance & Insights Lead. This influential role combines analytics, creativity, and stakeholder engagement to ensure communications are insight-led, effective, and continuously evolving.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a robust measurement and reporting framework to assess the impact of communications activity.Analyse and interpret data to produce actionable insights that inform strategy and enhance engagement.Create engaging dashboards and reports that support decision-making across the organisation.Conduct social media listening and media monitoring to identify reputational trends and deliver timely insights.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement.Stay abreast of industry best practices and introduce innovative approaches to data presentation and usage.Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate will be a proactive, strategic thinker with a strong foundation in data analytics and communications measurement. They will be adept at managing multiple priorities, distilling complex data into clear, engaging outputs, and influencing stakeholders across the business.
