Below are the details of the position:🏦 Industry: IT (Banking/Financial)💼 Job Title: Communications Specialist💻 Mode of Job: Hybrid📍 Locations: Toronto📅 Contract: 12 Months Job Summary: The Channel Strategy Specialist works with the Manager, Channel Strategy to manage the execution of the MarTech strategy, focusing on delivering standardized, relevant, and timely communications to our Collectors in support of our Partners, Program Marketing, and Rewards teams. This role is key in driving value through marketing channel optimization, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently, on time, and on budget.Responsibilities • Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of campaigns and portfolios across Email, Social, Programmatic, Search, and owned marketing channels • Act as a key stakeholder in media planning for the organization and its Partners • Assist in executing multi-channel campaigns, with responsibilities in targeting, optimization, and performance measurement • Partner with internal marketing stakeholders to automate and streamline campaign orchestration • Collaborate with Strategic Partnerships, Partner Marketing, and Analytics teams to track digital marketing performance and develop data-driven customer marketing plans • Contribute to omni-channel measurement efforts and ensure insights are leveraged for continuous improvementQualifications • 2–3 years of experience in media planning • Hands-on experience in digital marketing campaign management (Email, Web, Social, Programmatic, Search, AdTech, AdOperations) — in either execution, strategy, or planning • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills • Proven ability to analyze and articulate campaign performance and impact • Experience in campaign monitoring and optimization based on data insights • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions • Previous media agency experience is an assetNice to Have • 3+ years of experience in marketing-related roles, ideally within agency or loyalty programs • Experience in financial services, credit cards, or customer engagement programs • Experience working with external vendors and partnersEducation • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferredDexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
