We embed with startups backed by YC, Pear VC, BlingCap ,a16z, Techstars, and more — partnering with founders and engineers from Stanford, MIT, Yale, Google, Amazon, Uber, and beyond. Together, we help launch MVPs in 30 days and scale systems that power billions of requests. The Employer Branding & Communications Specialist is responsible for strengthening the company’s brand as an employer of choice through strategic communication, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration. The role focuses on showcasing company culture, improving candidate engagement, and supporting recruitment through effective storytelling and brand visibility.2. Key ResponsibilitiesEmployer BrandingDevelop and execute employer branding strategies to attract high-quality talent.Manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, career website, and other relevant platforms.Create engaging content that highlights culture, teams, events, achievements, and employee stories.Coordinate employer branding campaigns, hiring announcements, and culture projects.Internal CommunicationsSupport internal communications to ensure employees are informed and engaged.Draft internal announcements, newsletters, and updates.Work closely with the HR and BOD Team to align communication tone and messages.Assist in organizing internal events such as onboarding, team-building, and recognition programs, workshop, All-handsRecruitment MarketingPartner with Talent Acquisition to create attractive job postings, hiring visuals, recruitment campaigns, and referral communications.Support communication materials for job fairs, recruitment programs, and university partnerships.Monitor candidate engagement metrics and optimize communication touchpoints (career page, email templates, job ads).Content Creation & Brand AssetsProduce written, visual, and multimedia content (posts, videos, photos, interviews).Maintain and update brand guidelines for employer branding materials.Work with designers, photographers, or agencies when needed.Analytics & ReportingTrack metrics such as social media growth, campaign performance, and employer branding impact on hiring.Use data to propose improvements to communication and branding activities.3.
