Due to growth of our services, we are looking for a Communication Specialist to support one of our Clients’ team. We are looking for a dynamic and imaginative professional to oversee and produce communication deliverables for our IT division. This role will be instrumental in fostering internal connectivity via digital platforms and assisting IT Product Team in reaching their intended audiences. Job Responsibilities:Partner with IT teams and IT Managers to design informative materials about technological initiatives, solutions, and milestones to reach the end-users.Enhance user engagement by identifying employee concerns and obstacles related to the introduction of new digital tools.Promote swift comprehension and uptake of IT solutions by producing impactful training materials tailored to employees’ needs.Liaise with both global and functional communications teams to ensure all messaging aligns with IT’s communication standards and brand voice.Manage, create and enhance departmental social platforms and intranet content.Develop and maintain the visual branding of IT initiatives, including style guides, banners, infographics, and templates, ensuring uniformity across all channels.Organize and facilitate knowledge-sharing events and webinars for both IT staff and broader audiences.Identify further communication needs by actively gathering and disseminating insights from both IT and business stakeholders.Lead training sessions when necessary.Requirements: Solid experience in a role with focus on internal communication (especially IT for non-IT).Strong experience in creating and managing content on internal communication platforms.Strong command of Microsoft 365 suite (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Viva Engage, MS Teams).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language is a strong advantage).Comfortable working under pressure and in an evolving environment, able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Collaborative team member with an innovative and forward-thinking mindset.Flexible and resourceful, adapting swiftly to new priorities and situations.Proactive and creative, bringing fresh ideas to the team.Nice to have: Familiarity with design platforms for creating visuals (Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) or similar.Experience in creating IT content for non-IT target audience, especially in corporate environment.Experience with conducting trainings or webinars.What we offer:You will find here not only a challenging and interesting workplace, but also a rewarding work experience, with competitive compensation and benefit packages: Private medical subscription;Soft skills and technical training for current and emerging products and technologies;A monthly budget for flexible benefits program (eg.
