You will be instrumental in fostering a vibrant, informed, and active community through effective research, event execution, and communication.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram and Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and on-site execution of various community events (workshops, meetups) and take the lead in organizing programs like Hackathons and Traineeships, managing logistics and participant communication.Research and Strategy: Conduct research skills on industry trends and best practices for talent development to ensure program relevance and impact.Communication & Presentation: Serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication. Prepare and deliver clear presentations on program progress and findings to stakeholders.Team Coordination: Facilitate efficient team coordination by maintaining shared documents, scheduling, and ensuring alignment across internal teams.Required Skills and QualificationsEducation: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in IT or Management (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field).
