Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Customer Marketing & Advocacy Specialist to join our client’s high-growth global marketing team. This is not a typical marketing position — it’s an opportunity to transform real customer success stories into powerful proof that drives trust, credibility, and conversion across digital and sales channels.Location: Kanibahal, LalitpurWorking hour: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PMResponsibilities of the Candidate:1. CaptureSet up and maintain consent and recording workflows throughout the customer journey.Collect, tag, and archive key “before, during, and after” moments from client interactions.Organize screenshots, reviews, and testimonials into a centralized proof library.2. VerifyConduct compliance checks and redaction reviews to protect privacy and brand reputation.Secure approvals for partner logos, testimonials, and public mentions.Ensure all assets meet brand and accuracy standards under the “show, not tell” principle.3. DeployDevelop audience-specific “Proof Packs” for use in ads, landing pages, webinars, and presentations.Maintain a live “Proof Page” showcasing real-time metrics and customer success outcomes.Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to embed proof across every stage of the funnel.4. MeasureLink proof assets to funnel performance metrics (CTR, CVR, close rates, sales cycle).Manage a monthly proof dashboard with detailed analysis and methodology.Continuously update and optimize assets, focusing on what drives measurable results.Requirements:Required Experience3–6 years of experience in customer marketing, case study creation, content operations, or sales enablement.A proven portfolio of 10+ case studies, testimonials, or data-driven marketing assets.Ability to transform raw recordings or feedback into compliant, persuasive, on-brand stories.Experience working in regulated industries (finance, insurance, healthcare, or SaaS).Familiarity with CRM attribution and analytics for tracking content performance.Preferred ExperienceBackground in financial services, mortgage, or tax-related industries.Basic video or audio editing skills (Descript, CapCut) and simple data visualization.Knowledge of “show your work” proof-based marketing approaches.EducationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Training or understanding of privacy and compliance workflows is a plus.Core CompetenciesOperational Excellence: SOP creation, taxonomy design, and asset lifecycle management.Tool Proficiency: HubSpot or similar CRM, Google Drive, Notion, GA/Data Studio/Looker, and basic editing tools.Analytical Thinking: Funnel analysis, cohorting, and lift measurement with clear reporting.Compliance & QA: Strong attention to detail, approval workflows, and privacy standards.Storytelling Ability: Turn real customer data into credible, high-impact narratives.Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English; additional APAC languages are a plus.BenefitsCompetitive compensation packageDaily breakfast and lunch provided at the office5-day work week (Monday–Friday)Social Security Fund (SSF) enrollmentMedical and accidental insurance coverageEarly work hours — enjoy your evenings free.To apply: please send your updated cv and portfolio to hr@talentsathi.com, we will fast track theapplication process.
