Join us as a Community Support Coordinator at our London Development centre (LDC)! 🌟About the Role:As a key player in our high-performing Business Operations Team, you will provide on-site support to our programme Manager and engineering organisation. Your contributions will ensure the smooth execution of site events and employee programmes while managing onsite facilities for our engineering community.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the LDC programme Manager and Business Operations Team to plan and execute engaging virtual and in-person events.Handle all aspects of event coordination, including venue selection, catering arrangements, and on-the-day logistics.Manage communications related to events and employee programmes, from drafting announcements to tracking attendance.Oversee payment processing, budget tracking, and provide hands-on support during events.Assist hiring managers with onboarding and offboarding processes by managing administrative tasks.Purchase and distribute IT equipment and ensure all facilities-related needs are met, including maintaining meeting room standards.Provide localised facilities support on the secure engineering floor, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolutions.A Day in Your Life:Check the status of facilities and follow up on resolutions.Collaborate with the LDC programme Manager to plan and execute exciting events.Liaise with internal and external event suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly.Maintain standards on the L7 floor and manage access approvals.Create project plans and track progress while raising payments.What We’re Looking For:The ideal candidate will demonstrate:Proactivity and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgement while handling confidential information.Attention to detail and diligent record-keeping for successful execution.A trusted and exemplary member of the Business Operations Team with high professional standards.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Copilot).
