In this role you will develop, design and deliver engagement programs that draw from a range of face to face and online tools. From initiating a community engagement plan at the very start of a project, being involved in hearing community feedback and then closing a project with a detailed engagement report – you will help empower local voices to shape meaningful decisions.The ideal candidate is passionate about community involvement and eager to grow their career in the dynamic field of community engagement. You'll be an excellent communicator, a good listener and empathetic, genuinely caring about hearing and representing diverse voices. Community engagement is a driving priority for both Councillors and the Senior Leadership Team who are committed to inclusive engagement.
