Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Giza for a Community Executive. The Community Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day community interactions, organizing events, addressing tenant concerns, and overseeing the community's overall well-being. Additional responsibilities include updating residents through various communication channels, enhancing resident engagement, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skillsExperience in event planning and community managementAbility to organize and manage multiple tasks efficientlyKnowledge of real estate and property managementProblem-solving skills with a proactive attitudeFamiliarity with green building technologies and sustainable practices is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related fieldPrior experience in a similar role is preferable
