We are seeking a dedicated Community Lead to play a pivotal role in ensuring a consistently high-quality experience for our members and guests.This position is central to daily club operations, with a strong emphasis on on-ground presence, member engagement, and seamless service flow. The Community Lead will foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, build strong relationships with players and stakeholders, and coordinate daily activities to uphold the club’s reputation as a vibrant and well-run facility.Ideal candidates will bring experience in hospitality, events, or lifestyle spaces, with excellent people skills, a proactive mindset, and an eye for service excellence.This is a hands-on leadership role well-suited for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCommunity Presence and Guest ExperienceWelcome all members and guests with warmth, positivity and confidenceSet the tone for the club from the moment people walk inBuild relationships with regular players and guide newcomers into the communityMaintain a lively, friendly and inclusive atmosphereCreate memorable interactions that encourage repeat visitsOn Ground Coordination and Club FlowOversee court flow, session transitions and guest movement during peak hoursCoordinate with coaches and operations to ensure seamless experiencesSupport group bookings, socials and corporate sessions on siteMaintain consistent flow and atmosphere throughout operating hoursExperience Enhancement and EngagementObserve guest behaviour and identify opportunities to elevate the experienceGather feedback and recommend improvements to leadershipSupport planning and hosting of community events and social gatheringsRepresent PSC culture through daily interactions and service qualityDaily Operations and Service StandardsHandle enquiries, walk ins, bookings and general guest supportMaintain accurate front of house records for attendance and paymentsEnsure the club stays clean, safe and guest readySupport small administrative tasks such as stock checks and issue logs
