LifeCare Group of Companies is looking for a proactive and creative Assistant Marketing Manager to support and drive marketing initiatives across our group. This role will work closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams in implementing strategies that strengthen our brand presence, enhance customer engagement, and support business growth within the healthcare sector.Responsibilities1. Marketing Planning and ExecutionSupport the development and execution of marketing plans in alignment with company objectives and business priorities.Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to identify marketing opportunities and consumer trends.Coordinate marketing activities across all business units to ensure smooth implementation and timely delivery.2. Brand and Corporate CommunicationsAssist in managing brand consistency across all platforms and communication materials.Draft and manage content for corporate announcements, press releases, newsletters, and marketing collateral.Support event coordination and promotional campaigns that reinforce corporate branding.3. Digital Marketing and Social Media ManagementManage day-to-day digital marketing activities including content posting, social media engagement, and campaign tracking.Coordinate SEO/SEM efforts, monitor analytics, and prepare performance reports for management review.Work closely with digital agencies or vendors to optimize online campaigns and brand visibility.4. Advertising, Promotions, and Collateral DevelopmentSupport the planning and execution of advertising and promotional campaigns through online and offline channels.Coordinate creative development and ensure timely production of marketing materials (e.g., brochures, videos, digital assets).Track campaign performance and recommend improvements based on metrics and feedback.5. Partnership and Event SupportAssist in developing and maintaining relationships with external partners, vendors, and media representatives.Support event planning activities such as health campaigns, corporate events, and community engagement programs.Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing collaborations.Explore potential market and approach new clientele 6. Reporting and Administrative SupportPrepare marketing performance reports, budgets, and activity summaries for management review.Maintain marketing databases, image libraries, and documentation in an organized manner.Provide administrative support to the Senior Marketing Manager and marketing team as required.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, retail, or service industries.Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand communication, and campaign management.Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.Highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.Proficiency in marketing tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.Key AttributesCollaborative and proactive team player with a positive attitude.Good balance of creativity and analytical thinking.Eager to grow into a strategic role within a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare organization.
