Job descriptionThe primary duties for this position involve managing Meta and Tik Tok digital advertising, Google Ads and Analytic. You will be responsible for promoting new products, identifying opportunities to engage with the target audience, managing ad campaigns and researching competitors’ social strategies.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTSWriting Copy for AdsCreating graphics and visuals mainly for Facebook/Instagram Ads & Google bannerGenerating positive performance and key value result using digital ad platform mainly Facebook and Google AdsCollaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.Testing variations of ads and optimising to determine best performing campaignContinuous monitoring of results and improving of adsReportingManage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reportsCreative ideas and the ability to discuss and execute those ideasFamiliarity with PPC advertising and Google AnalyticsCapable of discerning meaning behind analytics to form recommendationsExcellent communication, organizational, and project management skillsAbility to work in a production environment with defined deadlinesWilling to learn new skillsExcellent writing abilityImplementing Ad Tracking code and tag such as Facebook Pixel, Google Analytic, Google Tag Manager and other ad tracking code.QUALIFICATIONSBA/BS or equivalent working experience.Knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google Ads), retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more), and content distribution and placement networks like Outbrain and Taboola.Some experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.Good written communication skillsAbility to do graphic design workDetailed-oriented and organizedEnjoys learning new thingsThe following are a plus but not requirements:Positive involvement with the SEO/PPC communityMust stay on top of current trends and advancements in SEO/PPC technologyCraft landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs.
