Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Associate, based in Shah Alam, with flexibility to work from home. The role involves engaging with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, promoting products and services, and assisting with training and sales efforts. The role also requires collaboration with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of marketing campaigns. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and address client needs.Sales and Marketing knowledge, with an ability to execute strategies and achieve targets.Experience or capability in Training and conducting sessions to support sales and marketing efforts.Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting and manage time effectively.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about contributing to a team environment.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an added advantage.
