SS TechnologyIncludes a spin-off platform that creates a safe, private space for men to learn professional, uncensored sex education, discuss anonymously, and access real, safe solutions.4. SS GroupCorporate training, organisational men’s health programs, and future franchising activities.-------THE MISSIONWe are hiring a CMO capable of building and running the full performance marketing, sales, branding & creative engine across all business units.Your core mandate:Scale SuamiSihat from RM10M to RM30M annual revenue through data-driven growth systems, omnichannel execution, and high-performance team leadership.This role requires a proven operator with real “been there, done that” experience scaling companies from RM10M → RM20M+.-----------ROLE OVERVIEWThe CMO will oversee and build:- Full performance marketing ecosystem- Multilivestream operations (TikTok, Shopee, FB, YouTube, IG)- Paid acquisition & conversion funnels- Sales-driven creative & branding- Unified CRM, retention, referrals, cross-selling & automation systems- Omnichannel social media, PR, media visibility, SEO, views & audience growth- Product go-to-market (GTM)- Team standards, SOPs, hiring, firing & performance cultureThis is a true builder-executive role.--------KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Growth & Performance Marketing (Primary KPI)- Own acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Shopee Ads & other platforms.- Build scalable, ROI-focused funnels for Ecommerce, Clinic & Wellness, Tech & Group.- Improve CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention & conversion rates.- Lead multilivestream operations as daily revenue drivers.- Build dashboards, attribution systems & structured experimentation cycles.2. Strategic Leadership Across All Units- Develop unified growth strategy for Ecommerce, Clinic & Wellness, Technology & Group.- Align performance, content, CRM, sales & product teams.- Build marketing systems, not one-off campaigns.- Translate CEO vision into clear KPIs, workflows & execution frameworks.3. Brand, Creative & Communication- Oversee all creative outputs: ads, content, scripts, storytelling & brand identity.- Build clear, relatable narratives for men’s health, intimacy, performance & wellness.- Expand brand footprint through omnichannel social media, PR, SEO & media visibility.4. Product & Go-To-Market (GTM)- Lead GTM for supplements, clinic packages, wellness programs, tech features & corporate offerings.- Own positioning, messaging, segmentation & pricing frameworks.- Execute launch playbooks for fast uptake & customer adoption.5. CRM, Retention & Customer Pathways- Build unified CRM, retention, referrals, affiliates, loyalty, cross-selling & automation systems.- Integrate customer pathways across Ecommerce → Clinic → Wellness → Tech Platform → Corporate.- Increase subscription retention, repurchase frequency & lifetime value.6. Leadership, SOPs & Performance Culture- You will build and lead a high-performance marketing, sales & creative organisation, including:a) Hiring & Team Structure- Recruit senior marketers, performance specialists, creatives & CRM talent.- Create clear job scopes, KPIs & progression pathways.b) SOPs & Operating Standards- Build SOPs for ads, content, CRM, reporting, brand tone, creative processes & growth workflows.- Define quality expectations and enforce them consistently.c) Monitoring & Accountability- Conduct weekly reviews, KPI monitoring & performance evaluations.- Identify bottlenecks quickly and execute corrective actions.d) Firing & Rebuilding (When Needed)- Make decisive calls when standards are not met.- Replace underperformance with high-calibre talent.e) Culture- Build a culture of clarity, speed, ownership & disciplined execution.-------------WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORTraits- Growth-obsessed & execution-first- Analytical, structured & creative in balance- Clear communicator & strong leadership presence- Operates well in multi-brand, fast-moving environments- Deep understanding of Malaysian consumer behaviourExperience- Minimum 8+ years in senior marketing, sales & creative leadership- Previously held roles such as CMO, Head of Marketing, Marketing GM or equivalent- Must have real, proven experience scaling companies from RM10M → RM20M and above- Strong track record in performance marketing & revenue-driven teams- Experience building SOPs, systems & high-performance organisations-----------COMPENSATION- RM15K – RM20K monthly- ESOP- Discussable revenue-based commission(Commission is linked to performance, growth KPIs, and overall business contribution.)-------------HOW TO APPLYSend your resume & portfolio to hr@suamisihat.com OR WhatsApp: 010-8614652After evaluation of your resume and portfolio, shortlisted candidates will be invited for a coffee session with the CEO to discuss fit, vision and long-term direction.
