ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee Cetta Virtual Society operations, events, partnerships, and internal/external relationshipsBuild and maintain strategic partnerships with communities, private organizations, and government entitiesConnect and map external talent/resources for Cetta Online Class and vice versaCollaborate with marketing team to design and execute community campaigns and UGC strategiesWork with operations team to develop community engagement activities that increase brand loyalty and CLTVMaintain and promote positive company image within communities and general publicManage Cetta Virtual Society social media channelsCoordinate with volunteers and community members to organize exclusive member activities (weekly/monthly events)Develop community growth roadmap (member targets, engagement rates, UGC contributions) aligned with company KPIs and OKRsAnalyze community data with marketing and data teams to support Cetta Online Class business growthQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field.Minimum 2–3 years of experience in community management, online engagement, or social media marketing.Proven track record in organizing and managing at least 15 community events (online/offline), from planning to execution.Demonstrated experience in leading and coordinating a team (minimum 5-10 members), with strong leadership and people management skills.Strong understanding of language learning trends, digital community dynamics, and engagement strategies.Passion for languages and a genuine interest in fostering a supportive learning environment.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities; able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficient in social media management tools, community platforms, and online collaboration tools (e.g., Discord, Trello, Notion, etc.).Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze community metrics and translate insights into action plans.Proven record of establishing partnerships with external communities, influencers, or organizations to grow engagement.Creative, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.Must be based in Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi) area
